  1. Got a 910 D3 and all of a sudden my screw fell out of the head while i was adjusting the loft. I got a screw, washer and a rubber O ring. Am i missing anything else? Also how do i put this back together?

The concave washer goes against the screw which should match - this goes into the head.  Place the rubber washer on the tip of the shaft which should be vertical with the grip on the ground.  Put the head and shaft together and screw in until it clicks one time.  The rubber washer should then be threaded on the end of the screw which keeps it from falling out.

When you change settings, loosen it just enough to move the ring.  If you are changing shafts, loosen just enough to remove the shaft.  If you keep unscrewing it after it is loose, you will unthread the rubber washer.  If you have a problem, give us a call and we can walk you through it - 1-888-TITLEIST

  4. Thanks, Cathi! Your post just saved me some grief with my 913 d2 as I was able to reassemble the screw and washers in no time.

    Kind regards,

    Jason

Several years later and this post helped me. Thanks!

Just in case it would come up, if you happened to accidentally cross thread the 910 D3 head screw, I was able to fix the threads in the driver shaft by reaming the threads out with a metric M5X08 tap.
