  1. This is not for a new discussion. I just wanted to be able to thank you very much for the bag tag, the bumper sticker, and the hand-written note.

    I was blown away that Titleist (Cathy?) would send a bag tag, let alone a hand-written note.

    Well done. Consider me a loyal customer going forward. I am impressed.

  4. Totally agree. Although I was just trying to send a message to thank them. Didn't know it would become a discussion topic.

    I am completely blown away by the customer service of Titleist. A handwritten note is unheard of in this day and age.

    Next goal (maybe in a few years) is to get to the Titleist Performance Institute for a complete fitness/fitting evaluation. That place looks absolutely incredible.

    Doesn't matter if you are a tour player, or a regular Joe, Titleist is second to none when it comes to customer service and appreciation! That is just one of the reasons they have such a loyal following.
