You would be better off getting a proper fitting and having the irons set at the factory. If you bend them after you get them you risk voiding the warranty.

There isn't but if you bend them and they break you will be out the warranty

You can't do both 2* up and slightly flat. It's an oxymoron. You either go up or flat. Can't do both on the same club. If you meant 2 degrees strong or weak and slightly (1*) flat, that can be accomplished, but I would definitely have it done by Titleist and not a local service shop.
  5. It depends on a variety of factors, first it depends on which type of heads you get...light (to have a lighter swingweight from longer length irons) begin at +2 degrees up; standard heads have std lie angle so moving up or down two degrees relative to standard is easy; etc....

Bottom line, If you only want to bend your irons two degrees up or down (from their starting point) you should not have any problem....

Image a paper clip, now bend it back and forth a couple of times. What happens ? It breaks. Same thing with cast clubs, they're brittle. Get professionally fit to avoid this.
