I have a set of Titleist AP1 irons with the True Temper Lite shafts. I have been thinking about changing to KBS shafts. What specs will work in these irons?

What specs are you referring to? They will need to be .355 taper tip, but other then that they will work just fine. Understand the shaft characteristics and what you are looking to achieve before deciding on a shaft.
