    I have a Titleist 913 D2 driver it is set B3. I just received a 913 F 19* fairway wood should I set that at B3 also?

Probably should start at A1 or B2 (a little more draw than A1), and adjust loft if needed to adjust flight or distance gap with the clubs on either side.  For example, my 15 F and 9.5 D2 are both at that setting, but my 21 F and 24/27 Hs are at the equivalent of A1 (D4 for LH).

The best thing to do is get out and hit some balls and watch your ball flight and then adjust your fairway wood according to how you want the ball to fly. It could be a totally different setting. My driver, 3 wood, and hybrid are all on different settings.
