I ordered T100s with KBS$ taper custom and a SM8 60M with KBS 610 Custom July 3rd and received July 22.

Titleist is behind on grips installation so they will send the clubs with grips in box and can be installed when arrive to speed up.

James got his T100's in around 3 weeks, so that is likely a good timeline to expect for your order. Of course, a lot seems to depend on the grips given they are not products that are manufactured by Titleist. A good tip is that should there be a noted delay, ask to see why, and if it is the selection of grips, perhaps accepting something different shipped in box rather than installed would be a good solution. You can always get grips installed locally :)

With the current pandemic, our club delivery times are longer than standard. Currently, depending on what is ordered - we're looking about 4-6 weeks for delivery time.

Thanks mine are 4 weeks now. My pro shop says that they have been shipped but don't know where they are.

Custom S8s ordered 15 June arrived today - so about 6 weeks to Canada though shipping was through UPS which adds a week to other means such as FEDEX or even the Post Office these days.

Order clubs t100/cb blend, 24th July and heard nothing .. what is going on titleist !

I would go back to the retailer where they were purchased and ask them to get an update from Titleist service Dept.
Titleist will be able to give an ETA as each step of production is documented.

I ordered a driver TS2 with Diamana blue shaft (special order) and received it in 7 days.
I was very happy with that delivery
