Hi, I had a set of 710 AP1 irons that I purchased after hitting them at a Demo Day with a Titleist Rep, who recommended from my ball flight with a 6 iron that I purchase a standard lie set. However, after playing most of the year with them, I came to the conclusion that the short irons (9 - GW) were too flat for me as I was hitting them off the toe and spraying them to the right. (I had been playing png for 20 years and was always fit for 4 degrees upright in their models) With that being said, I've crunched the Lie numbers between my old Pings and a standard set of the new 712 AP1's and think I can probably get away with just ordering the entire new AP1 set at 2 degrees upright (I will definitely get fit just in case) My question is, are the 712 AP1 iron heads manufactured @ 2 degrees upright, or do you guys just take a standard head and bend it 2 degrees upright? Also, if you could provide me with the lie options for the new AP1's, it will help me before I go see my club pro. Thanks.
