Shaft choice 910 d2 HELP!!

    I've never had a shaft other than what is already in the club when I bought it. I'm not sure what the shaft options in the 910d2 are, but I am looking for something that will help me control the ball and keep it in the fairway. My swing speed is around 95mph. Help would be greatly appreciated! Btw I'm not looking to spend a lot of money on the shaft

    go on the titleist web site, 910D2, 2011 customs options, shaft chart that will show you characteristics of launch angle and spin rate with stock and custom orders, a good base line to start with, but you should go to an advanced fitter, outside with a launch monitor and go through a fitting, there are several stock options that are good shafts, good luck, my fitter spent alot of time with me getting the numbers where they should be and i love the 910D3 combo that i was fitted for, 7.75, C-1, Oban devotion 6.

    I would have to push the Diamana Kai'li as the best shaft for what you are looking for. It has a mid flex point for medium launch trajectory which would help you keep the ball in the fairway. Even better, it is no upcharge unless you are buying it as a seperate commodity!

    Just for future reference, when a drivers spin is monitored/measured does that mean how easy it is to hit strait, by referring to side spin?
