Loose ferrules on 710 AP2

    I bought my 710 AP2's about a year ago from a Titleist retailer here in New Zealand.  I've noticed that the ferrules on about 4 of the irons are loose.  I can slide most of them back, but as soon as I hit a ball they move back up the shaft.  The ferrule on the 7 iron has moved a few mm up the shaft and is stuck solid.  Any ideas on a remedy?

     My 710 AP2's are doing the exact same thing.

    Also my 910 D3 has this issue.

    If you are having ferrule issues, please take your clubs to any authorized Titleist retailer.  They will set up the repair through our Warranty and Repairs Department who will expedite this issue very quickly.  Do know that this will not effect the performance of the clubs one bit, but is strictly cosmetic.

    Problem sorted.  Thanks to Titleist (Cameron D) who put me in touch with Titleist staff here in New Zealand.  I took the clubs in to my retailer/fitter and he fixed them on the spot.  I even got fitted for & bought a new 910 FD while I was there.  I couldn't  have asked for a faster or better response from Titleist.  Thanks again.

    Hi Andrew. I brought mine also from a delaer in NZ. Not only has the ferrules come loose, the shaft stickers have also come off. This happened not long into having them. Mine were customised (dealer ordered from Titleist) so it will be interesting to see what Titleist has to say about this. So we are in the same boat. So Titleist what do we do?
