Mike,
The swing weight should come out to be D5-D6.

The Winn Excel RF would make it D2-D3. It would take 7 grams of grip tape to go from D6-D4 (this is using a swingweight calculator). The other option is to take 4 grams off the head (standard weight is 7g - don't know if Titleist makes a 3g weight).
Other option is use the Excel RF grip and change the head weight to 9g.
Most golfers really can't tell a difference of 2 swingweight points.

I have personal experience with lightweight grips. Winn Excel RF midsize is 43g and increases swingweight by almost 2 points vs the Lamkin Crossline or Golf Pride Tour Velvet (both 52g). Winn Lite Dri-Tac oversize is 26g so that is just barely over a 5 swingweight point change vs the 52g.
My 910F and 910H clubs are 1/2" shorter than standard so I use the Excel RF. My history with 5 woods is that 41.5" shaft length is the best. 21H around 39.5" and 27H around 38.5".
I have a Winn Lite Dri Tac oversize grip on a 2007 Burner HT Draw driver with a 44.5" shaft length. Before I got the Titleist fww and hybrid, I played with Burner fairway and Superfast hybrids and used the Dri Tac grips. TM has a rather upright lie angle and the shafts are a bit long so I cut them by 1" to get them to swing properly.
