    I'm ready to go get fitted for a set of Titleist  710 MB's and 3 vokey wedges, an F2 3 wood and a new staff bag. I've been researching shafts, swing weights and other peoples expierence with the 710 MB's. I just read 2 articles about people not getting their clubs delivered to them in the specs they had ordered. They mentioned that "the lofts and lie angles were not what they had ordered / been fit for".  EXAPMLE: Ordered 1 degree up and were actually 2.5 to 3 degrees up and ordered standard lofts and when received they were actually 1 degree weak.

     

    I guess my question would be: How can I be sure that I'm going to get what I order?  I love Titleist products and y'all do a fantastic job at what you do and other peoples opinions WILL NOT deter me from getting what I want. I'm just weary of my clubs spending more time in the mail than on the golf course.

    Hi Gregory - 

    It is great to hear that you are looking at getting fit for some of our new product.  The 710 MBs are a very poplar model on Tour and with our lower handicapper. Its unfortunate to hear that some players might have clubs built outside of their specific request.  Our Warranty and Repair Department will always set up a return to inspect product that a consumer feels is outside of their requested specifications and make any necessary adjustments.

    Titleist works and builds custom sets within some of the tightest tolerances in the industry.  In order to make certain our custom irons are bent to precise measurement requests, our build team custom manufactures a "cradle" or "nest" for each head design to use in a proprietary Titleist bending machine.  This is a much more accurate way to measure and bend club-heads over a mitchell machine or other standardized loft and lie tools.

    You can feel confident that Titleist will build your clubs to the precise specifications from your fitting.
