  1. Thinking about trading up to 2017 AP2’s but they’d need to be bent 2up. Can you tell me the charge$?

As long as you order through a certified Titleist distributor, there will be no extra charge for minor loft or lie requirements. Suggest you go through a free Titleist Thursday fitting just to make sure the 2 degree upright is still what you need.

Titleist uses a 2 year cycle. Buying a 716 set off the rack may be easier to get them adjusted locally. You'd have to pay shipping both ways for Titleist to do it - and that price will be set by a dealer. By ordering 718 clubs through a pro shop, loft/lie/length can be specified in the base price.

I would recommend spending a little time and do a fitting to make sure your measurements haven't changed. Most places I've been don't charge for fitting. I just ordered a CB/MB combo set and my measurements changed slightly over my 712 AP2's. Also I have never been charged for loft or lie changes when ordering through a dealer.

There is no extra charge to order your clubs 2° upright when they are ordered from Titleist.
  6. I would consider taking to a local, trusted golf shop. Titleist is always happy to assist but shipping is a big cost, they will usually be minimal or no charge for placing back to what they were ordered at.

I hope you mean either 2016 or 2018 AP2s as there isn't a '2017' model. Any fitting shop or facility with a bending machine should be able to bend them 2*, and I'd guess between $25-50 depending upon how many clubs will be in the set.

Titleist manufacture both a standard lie head and a 2 degree upright AP2 head so if you need more than 2 degrees you can actually (as long as ordering through a Titleist dealer) go up to four degrees upright with no additional charge.

Yeah get fitted, you might find you don't actually need the lie angle changed. I found out last week that not all manufacturers have the same standard lie angle. So what's 2* upright in one brand may not be the same in another.
