Hi everyone, been a TM branded player since high school (20+ years) until my awesome wife surprised me with a full Titleist set. She’s known I’ve wanted to switch over ever since I tried out a set of AP3’s. So she went to Golf Galaxy and surprised me with a set of AP3’s, a 917D2 driver, 917F2 wood, 818H1 hybrid, SM7 wedges and a matching bag. I’m super blessed and excited to join Team Titleist! But my question is, can I still get fitted even though I’m set on stiff flex for my entire set? If so, can it be a premier fitting location or should I make the drive to Titleist Performance Institute (about an hour away)? Thanks in advance!

Wow! What a great woman you have. Welcome to the Titleist family.
I would go back to we're she bought the clubs.
There are several shaft options and you should get the lie and length dialed in.
They should be able to take care of this.

If you are only an hour away from a Titleist Performance Institute venue, by all means go. Not sure how your wife will take this but kudos to her for getting you a fantastic gift. Good luck

That is some incredible wife you have! Beautiful set of clubs. I’d suggest a trip to your local Jewelry store to purchase something sparkly FIRST!!! LOL

Thank you all! I’m very lucky indeed! She took pictures of my TM set and went to Golf Galaxy to match what I had.
I’ve sent a contact request form to TPI to see what options I had with an already purchased set. I’d rather get fitted by Titleist rather than Golf Galaxy.

Angelo, they also do some Titleist Thursday's in the area. I had my fitting with them at The Grand. You definitely want to act quickly as Golf Galaxy probably has a limited time for trade in if you need to adjust from this set.

    Angelo,

Where am I going wrong, I've been wanting to upgrade to AP3s since it first came out. My wife didn't seem to been too keen to the idea that I needed new clubs all these months.

I've been praying, on my hands and knees (to both the supreme being and my wife) all this time.

Guess what, prayers have just been answered and I just got the go ahead. Called my pro and its going to be ordered. Thank you golf Gods.....

Team Titleist too, for all the insight and information that spreads on the forums.
