  1. Should a guy that is 6'3" to 6'4" get added length to the standard clubs we can buy at any golf store? If so, do they have to make fully custom clubs or do they extend/add to standard length clubs? how much more $$$ do custom fitted clubs cost?

Longer length isn't strictly related to your height- the starting point for the proper length is your wrist to floor measurement and after that any adjustment required to allow you to hit the ball in the middle of the club. Adding length (or deducting) to a standard length club will change the swing weight of the club and may not suit you. A proper fitting is always best.

Absolutely correct and find a fitter, preferably doing outdoor fittings on actual turf. The worst fitter I ever used was me.

Titleist clubs are sold by the each. Whether “off the rack” or custom, the price is the same. The exception are up charge grips and if the shaft has an up charge. Many custom shafts are N/C as well. The fitter can explain that. Most fitters at pro shops will eliminate or reduce the fitting fee for ordering 6 or more irons.

Just popping in to say I'm 6'2" and my irons are a half inch short of standard and my metalwoods are a full inch shorter. I'll add to the notion of getting a proper fitting.

As a taller guy, 6'5", absolutely get fit. Mine are 1" long and 1 degree upright based on being properly fit. Do the same for your wedges, likely they'll have to port them like they did mine to keep the swing weight somewhat near normal.

If you do the fitting through an authorized reseller, you shouldn't have to pay extra unless you choose exotic shafts and/or grips.
