You will have better luck getting your loacl Titleist retailer to order clubs for you than you will with online retailers. With the online guys, and many big box (non-green grass) retailers they just are not organized to handle special orders. You local pro shop is, that is part of the service that they offer. You may find that the price is more competitive and the clubs show up a bit faster too.

Best place to go online is TGW (www.tgw.com) go to Titleist clubs and the click on the "Custom" tab. You can then customize whichever clubs you want and order them.

The 3 and 4 irons in a 714 AP1 will be near impossible to find online just because the majority of AP1 users will have that as a hybrid.  In part due to the 2 year release cycle, there isn't a great deal of turnover in Titleist irons.  If you were to check with the all the local large retailers, one may have a 4 iron or PW from a set they broke to sell from inventory.  Although more likely the GW and not a PW will be the one broken out.

You might find some 712s discounted, but odds are any loose 714 club will be close to retail.  Large retailers may have difficulty in special ordering any or all of these 3, but any other pro shop will be happy to oblige you, and for very close, possibly better, price than a large retailer will.  The large retailers stay pretty to close to MSRP, particularly with png and Titleist.  If you want it now - try a local pro shop listed on this website under club fitting.

These can be ordered individually through any authorized Titleist retailer.  If you give the retailer the serial # off of your irons (on the hosel), they can match the specs to your current set.
