I got off work Friday and made a blazing trail to Golfsmith to purchase my 913F. I was so stoked to go play Saturday morning. To my dismay I noticed after a couple of clubface strikes the paint has chipped in two places. It was at this time I noticed a dent in the crown of the club, its a very small one but a dent none the less. I did take it back to Golfsmith yesterday and I had to fill out a form for them to send it back to Titleist. :((( So bummed! My question to anyone is when I read the warranty clause correctly it says to take the club back to the retailer and they will replace it and Titleist will deal with them directly. How come I now have to wait, as he says, " at least 2 weeks " to get my club back when he can just go get one off the shelf and I remain a happy camper.
