    Starting a golf season a month late is bad enough, but when the crown of your 913 driver develops a crack in the first range session of the year...well that's not exactly the start that one would hope for. Once I contacted Titleist I was advised to have the club sent in for warranty inspection/repair despite the fact that it was more than a year past the end of the warranty period. Long story short, I received a replacement driver head free of charge last Friday. I'm most impressed, and very much appreciative of this. I want to take a minute to thank Titleist for taking care of me when they were not at all obligated to do so and to Cathi in particular for working with me directly. Needless to say, this experience has further validated my brand loyalty.
