Waiting for clubs

    I was fitted and ordered new clubs 3 weeks ago. My irons, AP2's, and wedges came in a week. I also ordered a D3 driver, a F3 fairway wood, and a hybrid. I am still waiting for the woods and hybrid, the order was all placed at the same time. Whats going on? If I would have purchased these items off the shelf I would have had them that day, I understand a week but this is ridiculous, I am very disappointed. The same thing happened to me when I ordered my last set of 690 mb's, I waited 2 months, I think this will be my last Titleist purchase.

    I ordered my clubs through Oakhurst Country Club in Clarkston Michigan. My pro told me that they should be in today, Friday, is that true?

    Hi Jakob,

    I looked into your orders for your woods and this is what I found out. Your driver, fairway and hybrids were ordered on May 4th and on May   10th, we called Oakhurst and spoke with Andrew to let him know that the components had not come in as expected and that we were told by our vendors that the parts would be backordered until May 27th. The components came in earlier than projected (later than we had originally been quoted, though) and we built and shipped on the 17th. Everything will be delivered today.

    Again, I apologize for the delay in building your clubs and thank you for being patient.

    Thank you so much, I was not informed that you were waiting on components. I just wanted an honest answer of when they were coming in, I appreciate your help. I guess I will be able to have a full set for my tournament tomorrow, and I look forward to doing business with Titleist in the future.
