913D onto a 913F

    Can you attach the 913D driver head onto a 913F wood shaft? The wood shaft is the diamana S+ 72 shaft.

    I'm pretty sure that you cannot put a 913 fwy shaft on a 913 driver head (it's the adapter, not the shaft). However, if you have a 910 fwy shaft with it's adapter, it would work.

    I believe the adapters are different between the drivers and fairway woods. I know that my 915F shaft won't fit on my 915D2 head. The driver adapters for the 910D, 913D, and 915F are interchangeable. Hopefully this helps.

    I think the Driver has a different tip than the fairway wood

    No. 913 drivers are interchangeable with shafts from 910 metal woods and 915 drivers only.

    yes, you can switch the shaft from the wood to the driver, as they have the same adapter.
    Never the less for me it doesn't make sense to do so, as the wood shaft is shorter than the driver shaft and usually you are not having the same on both clubs
