I purchased a 909 D2 and within a few weeks of use I noticed that the weight screw had come loose.  I can tighten it by hand, but it doesn't stay secure.  Most of the shops I've gone to weren't even aware that they came out.  So, I'm hoping someone has some advice on how to get the screw back in place.  It makes an obvious noise with the smallest bump or shake.

Have your pro shop call 1-800-833-3450 x 1 for the Warranty department and they will set up a warranty repair for you.

    Cathi,

Thanks.  One question: I purchased the club from a different pro shop than the one at which I normally play.  Can my home shop make the call or does it have to be the place at which I purchased the club?

Either one can make the call.

Are the Titleist weight screws not threaded in a way that some tool would be used to tighten the screw... similar to the threaded weight and wrench used by Taylormade?

The 909 screws are not adjustable.  They were used only for fitting with the Surefit carts so are permanently installed when we build.
