  1. Hi there, I was advised to send my 910D3 for inspection. The club face has cracked. I have given it to the store I purchased it at and they are sending it for the inspection. My question is what happens from here? I have in the mean time bought a new 915D3, so once the inspection is done will I receive another driver? or what happens?

Hi Peter, sorry to hear about your driver problem. The 910 series must have been pretty popular because I still see a fair number of them in bags at the local practice ranges where I live.

Given that this is a 910 series, I am thinking that your warranty on the product ended a long time ago. However, Titleist may surprise and if they do, it will be a bonus to you! In the meantime, enjoy your new 915 D3 ...they are great drivers!
  3. Hi Peter,

Once the club head has been received and inspected someone from our warranty and repairs department will reach out to the retailer with an update and list of options. If you do not hear from them soon I would encourage you to follow-up with the staff at your golf course or golf shop.
