Cant find order

    I recently placed a order for a set of new ap3 at dicks . It has been a week already charged my credit card and have not gotten an email for shipping. I went down to dicks and tried getting a conformation number or po number to contact titleist and they have not recieved one yet. Is there anyother way of finding out whats going on with my order? It is getting shipped to my house can it be looked up by address or email ?

    Many chains do not place orders with Titleist the day it is ordered in a store. Often, there is consolidated order day they place orders. Once the corporate office confirms they have placed the order, you can then check status with Titleist. I've never ordered from that chain because they wouldn't order LH clubs.

    Did you not receive a Receipt of an Order Confirmation at the time that you placed the order at Dick Sporting Goods?

    It normally takes two weeks once the order is received if all the components are in stock.

    Well it takes roughly 2 weeks I believe (or a bit longer if it's a custom order).

    Since you ordered them from DSG, through Titleist I'd not worry a single bit. You have to think they're not just building your order, but every single other set irons, wedge, hybrids, drivers etc. that were ordered before you.

    Titleist may be able to assist but more than likely you need to have your conversations with Dick's as that's where you purchased the clubs. Titleist won't know anything about your order unless Dick's put the order in. After one week of being charged on your CC shouldn't be a worry unless the employee at Dick's told you an unreasonable amount of time to get your clubs.

    I had no idea Dick's sold Titleist clubs.. New to me... And hope you get your clubs soon!

    Went to dicks yesterday order was placed the day it was processed and called titleist . They said they were backed up alittle with the new launch of sm7 wedges and will over night order and should be built today . Thank you everyone for the response .
