    Hi, on your webpage you state that additional heavier and lighter weights sold separately for the surefit weights. How much heavier weights can you buy ? I would like to take an 1 1/2" off the driver and try to keep the swing weight around standard.

    I am assuming you are inquiring about the TS weights. We have weights that are -2grams, -4grams, +2gr, +4gr and +6gr. When you cut a driver down 1.5", you will be removing more swingweight than we can replace by using weights (approx 8-10 swingweights). The +6gr will only give you another 3 swingweights so you will also have to use a lightweight grip such as a 25 gram grip, which will give you an additional 5-6 swingweights. The combination should bring you close to a standard swingweight.

    I have a similar question if I may - I am playing my 917D2 10.5 at 43 inches. I'm 5ft 8 inches or 173cm and all of my irons are an inch shorter than standard and 2 degrees flat. I play all of my 3 Titleist woods in the B1 position. I hit it circa 290-300yds with the Driver but wanted more accuracy.

    Can you tell me what weight to insert in the driver from the weight kit to return it to a standard swing weight? The shaft is an Alidila Phenom RIP 70g with a golf pride tour velvet with only one layer of tape.

    Also the same question re the weights on the 3 wood and hybrid as they are also shorter than standard (same grips and tape):

    917F with an Aldilla Phenom RIP 80g fairway shaft but playing 41 inches; and

    818H1 with an Aldilla Phenom RIP 80g fairway shaft but playing 39.5 inches.

    Hi,by any chance if any one has switched from 917's to a TS's I was wondering if some one might have a pair of 16gr weights for a 917 driver and 917 fairway metal that they could part with?Thanks,Don.

    Can you buy back flat weights for TS2?

    Is swing weight the only benefit to the other weights for the TS2?

    Swingweight is the main benefit of any of the Titleist weights. On the TS 3, the heavier or lighter weights are balanced so that the draw/fade factor is fairly equally biased. If, however, changing the weight and making the head lighter or heavier causes a change in your swing (plane, A of A, etc.), you could see secondary effects of a weight change.

    Both the TS 2 and the TS 3 weights are available individually or in he entire pack of 15 weights. Any shop should be able to place the order for you and once we receive the order, it will ship in 3-4 days.

    I agree with Cathi. I had to get a lite Titleist Tour Velvet grip. Then add a 12 - 14g weight. My 915 came back to D1 SW

    I recently bought a TS3 Driver. During the fitting no weight change was made so it has the -4g weight in it. Now that it’s in the bag with slightly heavier swing weighted fairway woods, I’d like to increase the swing weight. Do you sell individual weights? I’m looking to get the standard weight and +4g weights. How do I order them so I don’t have to buy the whole TS weight kit???

    Just bought the Titleist TS3 and a little confused on the new SureFit magnetic weights. From the description on the Titleist webpage it looks like there are TWO magnetic weights. Is that correct? Mine only has one magnetic weight on one side and the other side cannot move. This is the picture where it looks like there are two weights (the red dots) - www.titleist.com/.../surefit

    Just want to make sure my weights are correct?

    Hi Matthew, Yes, there is only one removable magnetic end cap.
    The CG weighting system differs from the 917 in that we have packaged the neutral weight as well as the draw/fade weight in the same weight. It can be adjusted to a draw or fade by moving the magnetic end of the weight from one side to the other. The heavy side always goes towards the heel for draw and towards the toe of the club for fade. Neutral is when the weight is balanced. You can see it as the "silver" portions will be more uniform on both ends.

    I just purchased the TS3 . T.he club is great with one exception. The weight in the head rattles. My instructor, Ted Sheftic has a TS3 that he uses for fitting and it too rattles. I tightened it 3 clicks (didn't want to over do it), but that did not solve the problem. What can be done to correct this annoying problem?

    Same thing just happened to me with the rattle. I just had it delivered last Wednesday, noticed the rattle and thought the weight cartridge was moving around in there. Called Titleist and they told me to bring it back to the shop I bought it from and have them contact Titleist if they deemed it defective. It was at the shop where they determined the weight cartridge itself was rattling. They called Titleist and ordered me a new weight which took 5 days to get to me. I live in Southern California about 1.5 hrs from Carlsbad. Super hassle

    I have recently purchased a TS3 Driver and 818 H1 and would like to purchase the heavier weights for both... how do you purchase these secondary weights? I need 18g for the 818 H1 and the 6g for the TS3 Driver.

    How much does the standard weight weigh in grams? The 917 std is 12 grams. What is the std in TS3?

    My TS3 weight is +4. What am I adding 4 to?

    Why were these weights sold with the driver. The eight I have says standard. How much weight is that specifically?

    I'm testing out a 48" shaft in the TS-2 Driver. To get the SW back to about D2, I had to remove the surefit weight completely. Thus far, the club is performing nicely. But I'm still experimenting, and would like to increase the weight incrementally. The lowest weight I can find appears to be 7 grams (-4). I'd like to go lower. Any ideas, other than making a sleeve to replace the barrel weight so I can fine tune the weight.

    I have weight kits for hybrids, fairway woods and drivers going back since Titleist started making adjustable clubs. It would be a lot easier and a lot less expensive if the golf shops that sell Titleist clubs carried weight kits that customers could try out without having to purchase a bunch of weights that will probably be unusable in two years. With a movement toward longer drivers there will be a lot of demand for lighter weights. Once you determine the appropriate weight the shop will be glad to sell you that appropriate weight. And you wouldn't have to purchase a bunch of weights you will never use.
