  1. Does anyone know when Titleist will start back with custom orders? Also, any good feedback on the T400’s?

I got measured last week with the T400 and ordered set with Tensei Red amc2 graphite shafts .Was getting about 1.5 clubs stronger than my T200 irons with Amt red r300 shafts .Very happy with the extra length being over 60 years old any improvement is golden .
I would suggest go and get tested at a Titleist Fitter you will be surprised at the improvements.

Concierge Allan has posted Titleist's expectations to resume production per California guidelines in other threads. "Soon". While they haven't made promises previously, they work "under promise/over deliver". Once they resume, they can then project the backload deliveries.

I got a little more gain with T400 over 718 AP3. About 20 yards. I did get the best result with the 50 g Fujikura shaft. And have the Fujikura 50 g in the TS-1.

If you have a driver head speed under 85-90 and have a hard time hitting an iron longer than 140, you are in the pool the T400 can help.

This may annoy the purists, but here's a young guy with big muscles using my 6 iron T400. Averages 250 yards in the air. www.youtube.com/watch

An interesting use of the T400...and not my game.

how does the T400 compare to the U510 ?? i need some help selecting a 20 degree iron at 38.5 inch length. I already have a shaft for it.

Just not sure which one i should go with. Id prefer whichever that would launch the ball higher.

Should be a good question for the experts on Clubs, on their webcast on Thursday. Based on the targeted audiences, my guess is the 5 iron will have more offset and more tungsten for a lower MOI. That will be more launch. The U-510 will be a more natural progression from the T-100/620 irons. There will also be a different profile and blade length (should be longer in the T-400).
Of the original audience for the T-400, I wonder who can hit the 5 iron. The 6 iron doesn't launch quite as high as a 23 hybrid for me with about the same distance. I use a fairway with no regrets about not using the 5 iron. But I'm in the "slower speed" category.

Yes, i signed up for the thursday webcast for the sole reason of asking that particular question ! But sometimes they give very generic answers which doesnt help much. i feel i can relate better with experiences from actual golfers in the real world.

But rest assured i will get my question answered at some point

Don O...I have the T-400'S in the Fubuki Regular shaft. I ordered the 5 iron a couple of weeks ago. I should receive it in 2-3 weeks. I'll let you know how it performs.
  9. I got my t400s two weeks ago. The pga tout superstore in Sarasota lengthened them a half inch for me. Absolutely really really like them. I couldn't be happier!
