Sad day last week. Cracked the face on my TS3 horizontally just above the first white face marking. Headed back for a warranty claim through Club Champion. With the California shutdowns, I'm trying to guess how long a replacement might take.

On driver faces, is Titleist doing a repair to the existing clubhead or shipping out new clubheads? Club Champion seemed to think the latter and that it would be a quick turnaround. Hope so, as I've got a golf trip coming up at the end of the month.

Being a current model, they will almost certainly just switch your shaft to a new head and send the old one to their quality control group for investigation. Club Champion will get a tracking number and can keep up with the progress for you.

Thanks Dale. Played all weekend down in Scottsdale with my 915. Love it too, but can’t wait to get a TS3 back. And I love summer fairway roll in the desert.
  4. I know this post is a little aged, but I had the same crack in my driver TS3 and Titleist told me to go pound sand because I was past the warranty. How would this not be a product defect? Any suggestions on how to funnel through a different department or how to get in contact with the right people?
