Last year after Covid hit I asked a similar question. Most companies I emailed told me that their heads are made in Asia/Japan, then assembled here in the US. Since Titleist has no contact Email, I figure I would try here. I am simply trying to find out if the Driver/Hybrid heads are made in Chain or other parts of Asia. Thanks in advance.

I'm not aware of any driver/fairway/hybrid head made in this country for any company. Or even irons. At least some if not all of Cameron's heads are at least milled in this country, if not cast as well. I'm not near my bag, but the Titleist sticker on the shafts of assembled clubs usually indicate country of origin for head and shaft and for the USA market, are all assembled in Carlsbad, CA. Going to the plant was valuable to see how many quality checks there are from opening shipping cases of components to the fully assembled clubs.

Other than possibly some of the Japanese companies forging their own irons, my guess is China or Chinese companies in other Asian countries like Vietnam are the overwhelming source for (relatively) low volume heavy manufacturing production for most of the American industries, not just golf. ...That "ship sailed a long time ago". That we don't have capacity here helps explain why counterfeits are almost exclusively from China. Even a poor knockoff made here would be too close in cost to make a reasonable profit over the original.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and under Customer Service there is an option to email. This will bring you to a form that you can select a category and type in your question to be answers by the Titleist Customer Service team.
  5. Heads and shafts are made in China. Interesting as the Ti for the club head is allegedly from Pittsburgh.
