You should really custom fit if you are are going to spend that money on scotty.  I own a scotty 33 in after i was being fitted although I am 5 10.  Most of my fd with my height are using 34 when my fd who is 5 6 also using 34.  It really depends on your posture and how long your arms and legs are.  In addition, the lie and loft will need to be fitted as well too.

Most likely. I'm 6'2 and use a 34 inch Scotty.

Try some putters of different lengths  before you make a decision.

The putter might be the most important club to get fitted for IMO. I am 5'11'' and I use a 34" now. I was using 35" for years I went and got fitted for my New Squareback and I am putting better now then I ever have.

I am 5'11" and I use a 35".  It is all about personal preference.  You need to try them and see what feels the best for your putting stance and swing.

    Simon,

Take your putter, get into your normal set-up, and drop a ball from your eye line.  If your putter is to0 long your eye line will to far inside the ball, if it's too short it will be towards the outside.  From there you can determine if your length is correct and also if you need to change your putter or simply your posture.
