I recently noticed that my 6 iron looked a little off at address. The ferrules are starting to separate a little and I can’t tell if that’s what causing the look to be off or the club is actually bent. To me it looks like the hosel might be bent more than standard offset.

This is my 6 iron that was a replacement iron sent to me after my original 6 irons head broke. Thoughts?

Definitely bent. Hard to tell but looks like the shaft is bent going into the hosel.

Yes, your 6 iron does look bent, I hate to say. Obviously it's hard to tell for sure from the pics, but all three images seem to suggest it. Ferrules can easily separate away from the hosels. That is very common and by no means does it imply that the head is bent. However, if you look at the top picture, the space between the hosel and ferrule appears to be wider on the one side and virtually flush on the other, which to my eye would suggest something might not be right. But, again, I qualify my remarks with the fact that I'm not actually looking at the club in real life, with my own eyes.

Thanks everyone. I’m glad to get some additional feedback. My 6 iron is my favorite club I. The bag and lately I’ve been loosing everything a little too far right.

Now what do I do if I have a club issue. I’m sure I’m out of my one year warranty.

    Aim left!!!
Seriously, find a good club fitter and they can order the correct shaft and replace it. They can also check to confirm the hosel isn't bent too. You can send it to Titleist but might take longer. Shaft replacement is not a huge expense, but you want to make sure you get the correct replacement shaft for the 6 iron.

Go to where you purchased it and see what they might/can or will or won't do. Could be a simple Ferrule replacement or something more. But that's where I'd start and see. But it does need to be addressed.

  9. I've been thinking the same thing about my 8 iron recently. I'm playing 718 AP2's, what about you?

Took the club to the shop today and they said it looks like the shaft snapped inside the hosel. Sending back to Titleist and still covered for free repair because they actually care about their products and customers.
