Has anyone else seen a TSi4 dent like this?

  1. For context, bought this new a few years ago, and have put a lot of range time through it, nothing ridiculous though. I also average a driver clubhead speed of 128-133mph (ball 190-195) and tend to hit center and just a touch high on the face. (I'm a young but retired professional baseball athlete and now Titleist Performance Institute Certified fitness instructor) Well, I noticed a few drives were "waffling" through the air at the range, almost as if they had slight topspin, but I knew they were center struck. Looked at the clubface against the light and just felt my stomach drop when I saw the deformation of the face. It is very hard to capture in photos, but clear as day in video and feeling it with my finger.

I imagine most players who have that clubhead speed are not using the same driver for multiple years, but just do not have the money to afford a new driver head and a (stupidly expensive) shaft.

Kind of feels like I'm being punished for speed and athleticism every time I need to get clubs, and it might be the thing that drives me away from the game for good. Especially when I could probably put together the perfect bag from the clubs pros 'toss' after a few uses.

I get that this is not a problem everyday golfers are dealing with and I'm venting a bit, truth be told, but just once I'd love to play clubs that are ACTUALLY built for speed like mine, even if it is the amateur level.
