I just received my new clubs from Club Champion. I have 2025 T150’s for PW-6 and 2025 T250’s for 5-4. The PW-8 of the T150’s sound and feel great. The 7-4 sound terrible. I’m embarrassed by them they sound so bad. It’s a pinging sound rather than the thwack I’m used to. I called Titleist to see if there is a difference between PW-8 vs 7-4. The person I talked to said there was not. I’ve played Titleist irons (AP2) for the past 25 years or so. I expected the T250’s to sound a bit different than the T150’s but 7-4 make the same terrible sound. Has anyone else noticed this? I don’t know if I can get over the sound.
