  1. I got fit for the T250* irons about a month ago and waiting for them to come in. I'm wondering what I should add to fit between the 5 iron and my GT2 7 wood. I would prefer to have another iron rather than adding a 9 wood or hybrid, so do I add a U505 or T250U 4 iron or is there a better option?

    Or even a T350 iron.

Once your clubs are in play, find you gap and see how well you hit your 7-6-5 irons. If you aren’t losing launch angle, height, and descent angle, then you can probably add the 4 iron. Based on the distance gap to fill, a good fitter can see if you would be best suited for a driving iron, hybrid , or wood to achieve the best fit for that gap.

What works for anyone of us may or may not be the best option for you.

If you are playing the T250* irons I would imagine you have a more moderate swing speed. I am in the same situation but I can’t’ Hit my GT1 7 wood any further than the 5 iron ( the Launch Spec irons recently brought the 5 iron Back into the discussion after staying out of the bag for several years). The 5 replaces my 29° TSR1 hybrid and next up lengthwise is the 26° and the 23° hybrid. The purest in me realizes that that is simply too many head covers in my bag, but that set up works best for my game. I would imagine when you get your 5 iron and see how far you can hit it then you can compare that distance to the GT2 7 and determine what gap you have, if any. From there, it should be easy to find optimal fit for the in between difference. Good luck and congratulations on your new T250*s I’m loving mine. My only fairway wood that I carry on a regular basis, is a TSR1 5 wood That sometimes gets replaced by a 20° hybrid. Still searching for the holy grail at the top of the distance clubs in my basis today,
