Still no news on the 910H with the RIP hybrid?  I have been waiting months for this combo.  I have the 910D2 with a RIP 60 and a 910F with the RIP 70.  It has been brought up several times this site and still nothing.  Is there any timeline for Titleist to get it approved?  Any update would help. Thanks.

    Hello Jeff,

I'm a Titleist guy as well I recently bought all new equipment ap2 irons, 910 D3 driver and 910F #3 metal wood and like you I have the same shaft in my driver and 3 wood.  I absolutely love the RIP shafts so I ended up going with a R11 hybrid only because of the RIP shaft in it.

Good luck hopefully they will get it approved soon !!!!!!!!!!

    Cheers!!!

Yes same here.  Rip 60 s in my D2 and RIP 70 s in my 15ª F.  I have the kyle shaft in my 910H 21 and love it but...I too want to try the RIP Hybrid shaft but nobody stock them in the UK so I have a spare 910 hosel fitting and have bought a pulled RIP 70 s that I am going to trim to hybrid length and try.  I use my 21 as a 5 wood replacement so playing a fairway wood shaft in it seems to make sense to me.  i have the shims and ferrules ordered so should be able to test it later this week.  I will check back when I have some figures (I am a uk based club builder so will do some Vector testing with this)

We are still working on getting that shaft approved and through our testing.  Our shaft testing is one of the more rigorous in  the industry and  unfortunately, it has been a longer process than anyone would like.  We do offer the top four hybrid shafts being played on tour and they have all passed our testing.  They are:       #1 - V2 hybrid 89, #2 - Ozik Altus H, #3 -  NV hybrid 85, and #4 -  Speeder 904HB.  The shaft that would be close to a RIP hybrid would be the V2 104 hybrid shaft tipped 1".  The RIP hybrid is a very stiff tipped shaft.
