I have a full size Titleist tour staff bag and have somehow lost one of the zipper pull tabs from the side compartment. Is there any way to buy a replacement?

The same thing happened to me on my staff bag last season, but I lost 3 of the tabs. I called Acushnet customer service , which by the way is the best in the business, explained what happened and the rep i spoke to was able to find some replacements for me and sent them out. Sometimes, they have to wait for a damaged bag to be sent back, they pull the tabs off the damaged one, and send those out as replacements. Either way, they are always trying to help.
    Good luck

There is no way to purchase one that I am aware of. I would recommend checking out the Warranty, Care, and Repair page (www.titleist.com/company/warranty)

If the bag is still under warranty (1 year?), talk with your retailer. Titleist had some issues with the new bags this year and has been very proactive with repairs and/or replacements. Seems strange to replace a bag for a zipper tab, but ...

Hi Paul, someone from Titleist might chip in with more info than I have, but I've been working through a similar situation so I can share what I've learned...If your bag is still under warranty you can take it into an authorized Titleist shop and they can arrange to get a new zipper sent out from Titleist. I'm having some difficulty getting a zipper with black background and white lettering for my Players 14 bag, but hopefully they'll have the right kind/color in stock for your staff bag!

Thanks for the responses. I think it s more than a year old, but, not sure. I'll call Titleist and ask about it. Not a huge deal as I can still move the zipper, just a little more effort involved.

After reading responses it occurred to me that I could take one off one of my other Titleist bags. Now I'm trying to figure out how it came off mine as it was a struggle to take one off without breaking it. In any event, the problem is taken care of until I can replace it with the same style.
