Must be a new system, my bag used the 4 screws to attach the name plate!

When you place the order now, it does no show the four screws on the plate, as it did in the past. I went in to order a plate for my travel bag to find out.

I received the plate for my new Linkslegend with velcro, today (in Australia but shipped from Titleist US)

Think they may have sent you the wrong one??

(Note: as there was a lot of uncertainty around knowing which tag you'd get, in the Address optional spot, I did write: "with Velcro for Linkslegend" just to be sure... maybe that was enough?!)

Just contact them, I am sure they will rectify it.

I used the same link I think, but do recall adding into, (I think) the second address line a comment that "this is for a Velcro tag for the Linkslegend bag", just to be sure. Not sure if that helped??

I think yours was likely just a mistake and I think if you contact them they will rectify it.

I just purchased my bag from Edwin Watts. I will order my plate from Titleist...hopefully velcro.

I receive mine with 4 holes for screws...I will try again.

I just had this issue i received a velcro plate and my bag has the screws. I spoke with customer service and there are (2) types of bags:

LinksLegend Series go to the website: www.titleist.com/linkslegend-series (Velcro)
LinksMaster Series go to the website: www.titleist.com/linksmaster-series (Screws)

Thanks for that link! Just picked up the new linkslegend bag today in green from our shop. The name plate will be a great touch.

The screw on fits great on my Linksmaster travel bag and the old english engraving looks awesome.
