The TT water bottle is pretty cool. Without hopeing and praying for a gift are they available for purchase anywhere?

Yes. It would be easy for me to repeat the many ways, which I have answered on this same question many times before. Think this time I will let you scroll through the posts for this same topic instead of posting it again. Cheers!

It would be nice to have a FAQ section for things like dealing with warranties, TT merchandise and other subjects that are often asked about.

With respect to your inquiry. Palmer, have you checked at the bottom of this page under EXPLORE and CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Under Customer Service there are FAQS and WARRANTIES, CARE AND REPAIR linqs that might be of assistance.

Having been a long time member of Team Titleist, I personally feel Titleist staff members do an excellent job getting information to our members.

Also, our senior TT members and TT staff do a good job answering any questions that are asked on the site.

Regarding TT merchandise, we are kept updated as soon as it is available. Once you get the email, you need to act, the merchandise sells out in minutes.

I hope that this information helps you understand a little better and the LINQs already in place can help you get some of your questions answered.

Find a locally sponsored TT event. Take the Ball Plant 3 tour.

  11. I've been a Titleist user for over 30 years. I had my hole in one with the ProV1.
I have a Titleist A15 bag and just a year and a half old . I love the bag, but the clip on the shoulder strap as I was walking in the parking lot broke and slammed my clubs to the ground. The league members thought it was funny I didn't. I was disappointed when I spoke to Titleist customer service that they can't do anything for me. I offerred to send my strap in for a replacement, but it's not backed by Titleist. I found that to be an unfortunate Team Titleist feature as the shoulder strap is an important part of the bag. Its never abused and like I said I would swap out my strap or send me a new clip as I can't find a clip even at a faster company. Any ideas as where to get a new clip?

There are multiple company’s on Amazon that sell clip on bag straps. While it would not have the Titleist logo, it would be functional. If you want the clip replaced on the actual Titleist strap, talk to a luggage repair shop.

You can find a ton of ‘replacement’ hardware (from other broken bags) on eBay. One of the legs in my hybrid bags got bent during travel and I was able to find a pair of legs (Titleist, no less) on eBay. Give it a try!

Or buy and old bag for cheap and replace the clip.
  14. I’d go with Amazon - or since you have the piece find someone on Etsy to 3D print one for you
  15. I was wondering if anyone knows if they change the shirts much? It seems they only have white for men the past year.
  16. I have been dying to take the ball plant 3 tour! I travel for my job and will have to try and make it happen next time I go into Providence!!

Ask the guys that literally seem to post multiple times a day. They'll tell you the odds are NOT in your favor. I got a few sleeves of Test Balls, the mug/sticker kit, and a few towels. I also won 2 pairs of DryJoy's when FJ had the drawings. That was all over 10 years ago, when the groups were much smaller.
  18. Mug? Coffee mug?? I need one of those

Think I have had mine for about ten years. Driver and three wood. Have not seen them since then.

Edward, got a few pairs of FJs to test when that community site was available. Won a pair when they had a design contest. One of a number of FJ Ambassadors who are also TT members. That FJA program is no longer around, but they do have something completely different. The TT program has more to offer.
  22. I went to TT event in Chicago and it was awesome! Free ball fitting, bag full of goodies, hat, free range balls prior to round. Closest to pin and Long drive contest. Great course and met some great people. Hoping that is a start. Looking to play other events as time and location permits. Titleist is first class and event was too!
  23. Good to know I should purchase directly from Titleist. Moving forward I will use the site
  24. i will love to see the pom knit headcover that was cool
