Have the old and new versions and its the same issue you have.. Its just a small opening, even worse for me as i have leather grips... Only solutions would be is having plastic tubing, but your bag would an anchor!

I've had that issue with almost every bag I've had.
I even tried the tubing but the tubes would come out with the club at times that bothered me and I had to make sure I got the club in the tube first try so it wouldn't get stuck.
Tried taping the tubes together so they dont come out.

Friend got a 14 way bag and he said that's the only thing thats helped him without issues.

I personally dont like the 14 way bags so I'll just have to put up w clubs getting stuck every now and then

I was considering a links legend bag over my players 5 but after reading this thread probably won’t

I like the looks of the Links Legend bag --- but am put off by the narrow opening at the top and the overall weight. Unless I am carting it, I will stay the Players 5 bag.

I enjoy my LL bag and i dont particularly like when this happens to me either, however i dont believe there is a solution. I think its kinda the trade off for the sweet, compact bag we are using. Clubs are gonna get a little tangled. I persoanly would rather have that situation than walk around with a Al Czervik size bag

I have been using a Links Legend for several months and finally got tired of the club tangle. It is so irritating and there isn't really a solution. I switched back to my newer players 5 stand bag and it has so much more room for the clubs and storage. The Links Legend is a 10 out of 10 for looks but I would say a 6/10 for functionality.

I love my links member bag and see it as a big upgrade from the carbon bag that I had for two years and really liked. It is also easy to carry with the single strap

I have the Links Legend bag from 2025 which I do love. Trouble with club tangle at times but the look and quality are superb.
Does anyone have the newer 5 way Links Legend? And if so, what is your experience with it.
Also, would really like to see the 5 way offered in the other color schemes, such as herringbone.
