Every year there are some new styles and some of these are designed to favor larger heads. You might find a store like PGA Superstore which carries large volumes of multiple styles where you can try some of these on. There will always be limited volume on styles and sizes that just do not sell in large quantities. It’s never a good market strategy to have large volumes of merchandise that sits on shelves. Hopefully you find an option or two that you can stock up on. Best wishes.

You're not the only one. And with some digging, you will find multiple threads about this issue from over the years. I'm a 7 5/8 hat guy and have found that some of the newer hats will fit my head. Notice I said some. They have to be the right construction or else they just look like a small hat on a big head. Most of my hats are older, just have to keep em' clean.

I wear the Tour Elite True Fit which is numerically sized. A word of caution, they are oversized. I take a 7 3/4 in a New Era Baseball hat but I had to go down to a 7 3/8 in the Tour Elite True Fit. It fit perfectly. On this website go to gear then click "headwear" then click" fitted".

Agreed, I have 15 or so titleist hats, some are reasonably comfortable but nothing at all comparable to flexfit 110 hats for a full 4 hour round. I pretty much wear Travis Mathew hats for all rounds now purely because they have flexfit 110 for most models.
