Playing in Quota Match---# 5 Berkeley South, White Tees, 144 yard, back pin hidden behind large bunker, water along left side. Ridge in middle of green. We did not see the ball land---or go in the hole. Walking up to the green we only saw one (1) ball (yes, a Titleist)......so I said, "Steve, I think I may have rolled off the green into the water, you check the hole". "Danny, there is a Titleist in the hole"........Bang. The ultimate "witness".....let someone else check the pin.
