6/13/2021: Unbelievable shot on the second day of the tournament. Sunny day but windy. Tough hole placement. I hit first, ball was struck perfect. As it flew to the hole I knew it was going to be close, I yelled "Go In". The ball landed 6 feet short left of pin rolled at pin, hit it twice and did not drop. As you can imagine, I was not happy. After everyone in the group hit we where leaving the tee and all of a sudden the ball was gone! We believe the ball was resting against the pin and the side of the cup and as the wind blew the flag it allowed it to drop. It was awesome for the whole thing to happen and in a tournament! First Hole In One since the first year of the tournament 43 years ago. Thank you Titleist for finally making Yellow Pro V balls. Much easier to see with these aging eyes.
