Unfortunately my story is one most people should not aspire to follow. I received my hole-in-one on hole 16 at Tipton Golf and Country Club.

However, the hole before hole 15, is a very difficult green, and I struggled a bit, to say the least. I took an eight with a five putt. My frustrations got the best of me, and I threw my putter into the trees above the hole. Unfortunately the toss was too much for my putter and the shaft broke leaving me without a putter.

Therefore, the pressure was on I had no putter to use on the hole I received my first hole-in-one on. Luckily I put my Titleist Vokey wedge 48° shot into the hole.
