On the day before my 66th birthday, I finally achieved a lifetime goal of making an ace.
It came during the Bring Your Own Buddy Scramble at the Robert Trent Jones Ridge Course at Oxmoor Valley.
Was happy to share this achievement with Allen Ritter, Steve Oakes and Jeff Marks.
My Titleist AP1 iron was on target and my Pro-V1 took one hop and disappeared.
Things got loud at that point!
