I played a very nice golf course in Bolivar Ohio, called Wilkshire Golf Course. It was an annual spring golf trip with twenty-three of my friends. I have played this course several times over the years and the eleventh hole,with various degrees of success. On Friday the 13th of May, using a pitching wedge, I aced the 11th hole from 129 yards. In our foursome of senior golfers, we had two birdies, one bogey, and one hole in one. Much to celebrate on that hole! It was my first hole in one. I have been playing golf for 46 years. It was a long time coming but very special to be able to share it with twenty-three of my friends.
