Well to begin I am 69 years young and have played golf for close to 50 years. I always think hole in 1 on par threes, but had begun to believe it may never happen for me. We were on the 12 th hole at Prestonwood Country Club, Highlands course in Cary, NC. My buddy Chris commented as we took the tee box that surely one of us in the group should make a hole in 1 on that perfect day. The yardage measured 126 yards into a slight breeze. I had a pitching wedge, but after my buddy Tim came up short, I decided to use my 9 iron T200. The ball landed about 6 feet slightly above the hole, bounced once and rolled in! I couldn’t believe it! What a feeling!
