Playing in the North Staff’s and District Alliance at Burslem GC , playing the 3 rd hole par 3 164 yds stroke 13. 2 club wind head on took 5 iron and hit the ground just before the ball. Ball flew low and bounced 50-60 yds short of the green. The green has a McKenzie at the front dipping away from the tee, the ball disappeared from view the four ball I was playing with walked to the green my ball was nowhere to be seen my playing partner exclaimed here it is In the Hole ! Well played partner.
