My friends and we’re playing on a gloriously sunny, but windy Friday afternoon. The 14th hole at Southward Ho in Bayshore, NY was playing 225 yard into the wind that day and I hit my Pro V1x with a 3 wood on a nice high draw that landed softly, took a few bounces right towards the hole and disappeared. We were not totally sure it went until I looked in the hole and we all rejoiced.
One final note as you can see in the picture is that I customized my Titleist order this year to the number 30 to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary, which occurred May, 6, 2025.
