I got my first hole in one this 4th of July at Richmond Country Club in Richmond, Rhode Island. I was playing in an Independence Day golf event with my neighborhood. It was the 15th hole at 189 yards into a light breeze. I hit a 5 iron with a Titleist AVX #4 and it landed on the green and rolled 15 feet right into the hole. My group along with the groups on the nearby green and tee box went crazy. It was one of the best moments of my life, next to marrying my wife and the birth of our three children!
