I got my second hole in one of my life using a Titleist ProV1 (No.1 on the ball) on the Par 3 Hole 6 at Riverbend Golf Course in Fort Wayne, IN on September 13, 2025. It was a 128 yd. shot and I used a 9 iron. I was playing in the club championship, senior division. I am 75 years old and didn't think I would ever get the 2nd one. It was 58 years since my first one.

I got my first hole in one on April 28, 1968, when I was 17 yrs. old on Hole 5 (Par 3- 145 yds) at Lakeside Golf Course in Fort Wayne, IN. I think I used a 7 iron. I was playing high school golf at the time. Sadly, this golf course was bought by the city quite a few years ago and turned into flood plain as it is right next to the Maumee River. Ironically, I used a Titleist Golf ball with the Number 1 on that one also. Back then, I don't think they had so many different models of golf balls but you could send the ball in to Titleist and they would inscribe it and mount it on a nice wooden ash tray.
