So this past week I was in my boss's office and he was talking about making a tee time for the weekend and I mentioned "I want to play" as I am not a member at his course (Country Club of Jackson in Jackson, MS). He told me to come on so we teed it up Saturday morning. I was playing well for my hdcp (10ish) and shot a 37 on the front. Made the turn and stepped up to the par 3 10th. It was 178 yards playing 173 with slope. About an 8mph wind blowing in our face so I played a 180 shot. Hit a beautiful 7 iron with about a 3-5 yard draw than landed about 3 feet in front of the hole and one hopped in. I was using a Titleist 1 ProV1x. Here's the kicker, not only did I do it in front of my boss, but the head pro, Corey Cooper, was playing with us as well. It was awesome! And to top it off, after I made the ace, my boss chipped in from off the green for birdie. We had some fireworks on the 10th hole! I ended up shooting a 37 on the back as week for a CAREER BEST 74!
