Sometimes you draw the club back and something just feels different. The contact, ball flight and feeling all match that sentiment. This was that shot. 176 yards up the hill, best feeling 7 iron I’ve hit. Never left direct line with the flag, landed 8 inches short and one hopped in the hole. Playing with 3 good friends, we all saw it go in but still had to ask “did that really just go in?!” Made a great day, and everyone at the club got to drink for free until sundown (best Hole In One club idea ever. Each member puts in $20 for every hole in one made and covers the bar tab each time one is made).
