So of all Days on May 10 2012 which was mothers Day I was playing Pinehurst 1 with 3 groups of buddies….the 5th hole is one of my all time Favorites 167 yards to a back pin slightly downhill perfect 8 iron. I teed up my ProV1-X 392 # 1 with Pinehurst logo…2 bounce right in the hole. Still my only one. Ironically it’s my most memorable round of all time still career low of 67 and somehow i managed to make a eagle 3 on 4, a eagle 1 on 5 and then a birdie 3 on 6 which im convinced hasn’t happened much since 1895 when Pinehurst 1 opened
